Brian P. Lunne

After 25+ years of volunteering my time and energy to many great causes, I have decided to take on another challenge. I am running to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of community leader Dale Berry as a Washington Township Trustee. Serving as Trustee would be my next step with Washington Township. For the last several years I have served on the Zoning Commission where I have learned a great deal about the Township and have worked well with Township staff and residents. I feel my experience with the Township has been invaluable and makes me a strong candidate for Trustee.
My Goals as Your Trustee:
  • Maintain the township with strong police, fire, and public service while being fiscally responsible and minimizing the burden on our citizens.
  • Work together and collaborate with neighboring communities while maintaining a strong township.
  • Lead by example, asking the tough questions, and making sensible diplomatic decisions for the residents of Washington Township and Centerville.
  • Careful development of in-fill properties to maximize the ability to fill the void in housing availability while minimizing the strain on public services and maintaining the character of Washinton Township.
